This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us — for example, your name and email address when you write to us at our contact address.
We use the details in your message solely to reply to you and to discuss potential or ongoing work. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
We retain correspondence only for as long as it is needed for the matter you contacted us about, plus any period required by law (for example, for tax and accounting records).
Under UK GDPR you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To make a request, email privacy@electriclump.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
